I've waited 20 years to have my "bumps" removed with other Drs. telling me I needed to lose weight first. Dr. Mitchell listened to my concerns," I am a comfortable heavyset woman, I just want the bumps off of my thighs gone". 6 days post surgery, still swollen and loving the results so far. I can't say enough about this place. The dr and the staff far exceeded my expectations. I was very nervous about local Anesthesia because I've had it in the past and I had been traumatized. I don't even remember anything except for when my friend came to pick me up I was suddenly awake and I quite liked not being so out of it like General. He did a necklift and I look absolutely fabulous. He really did such a great job hiding the scars around the back and on my ear it's like I had lazer. He is so sweet he even gave me his personal cell number to text him pics of my face while I was healing. I'm truly impressed .The nurse who assisted me is so unbelievable sweet she really made me feel like I was in such great care and I'm old enough to be her mother. He's an Artist.

Beautiful work I had a few procedures done …I know how much the doctor put into it….he is methodical patient and every thing is done perfectly I highly recommend this work especially for face and neck and most of all his prices are fantastic and his staff are so efficient and kind to all his patients I will definitely be back . Let me start by saying it is extremely hard to find a great doctor in Las Vegas and trust me I have searched. I finally found an amazing doctor that is extremely detailed and patient. Dr Ryan Mitchell was making sure he gave me exactly what I asked for and as picky as my husband and I are he was extremely patient, kind and understanding. He doesn’t just specialize in one thing he’s great at every procedure he does. I was so extremely happy with the results. Dr Ryan Mitchell seems to be a perfectionist like me which is hard to find. I have yet to meet a doctor like him in Las Vegas. His assistant Karen was very thorough as well and she was great. I am looking forward to referring many people to him because of how happy I am with the results. He made sure I was happy and that’s what truly counts.

They made me feel comfortable, confident, and at ease from the first visit. I had a lower facelift, neck lift, and upper eyelid surgery. I am overjoyed with the beautiful results! Dr Mitchell is a true talent with a warm heart that makes you feel cared for throughout your consult and procedure. His surgical technique has a finesse that made me feel look fresh and young without ever worrying about looking "done." I have had many procedures and now know i can feel confident in the results as i heal, because I am always super happy. I am not ready top see my years when i look in the mirror and he is really here to help his patients turn back the clock. Thank you to you, Karen and your sweet staff.
