This 70 year of patient desired to restore some fullness to her upper and lower lips that lost volume with advancing age. She has used dermal fillers in the past but desired a more permanent option that would save her financial resources over time. We placed 4mm PermaLip Implants in both the upper and lower lip. This procedure is performed using local anesthesia and is an office procedure that takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
