This 57 year old female had a chief complaint of sagging jowls and loose neck skin. After a thorough consultation she understood that her receding chin was important to address. She had a lower face and neck lift as well as a chin implant. She is one month post-op in the after pictures. There is still milld swelling from the procedure.
